Lenten Mid-Week Worship

Our Sunday messages during Lent reflect upon the Holy Week Teaching of Jesus from the Book of Matthew.

Our Wednesday Mid-Week Lenten series focuses on "Following the Faithful - A Journey with the Disciples". Each week, we will take an up-close look at an individual disciple of Jesus during his earthly ministry. We will meditate on how it was Jesus' faithfulness that covered over the failures of those Jesus loved, just as He covers our failures today.

Lenten Devotions

Lenten Devotional Booklets, in cooperation with Lutheran Hour Ministries, are available at both campuses during worship and in the box outside the main entrances. These devotions are also available online and via email at www.lhm.org/Lent .

In Suffering Servant, we encounter Jesus the Man sent to redeem a lost world. Born in the flesh, Jesus became like us. Taking the form of a Servant, He emptied Himself. Bearing our sins to the cross, He gives us newness of life through His victory over death won for us by His resurrection from the dead.
