My name is Erin Argy. Last year, I joined Team World Vision and ran my first marathon. When I joined Team World Vision, I knew little about it but quickly learned of their amazing work with underdeveloped communities addressing issues like clean water, hunger, health, education, economic empowerment, and child protection! Running for Team World Vision gives me more to run for than just miles!
As a momma, it feels empowering to help other mommas and their children grow up in safer, healthier, more stable communities. Being part of Team World Vision allows me and others to help worldwide. That is why this year I’ll be running in the 50th Anniversary of the Berlin Marathon! But more importantly, I am increasing my fundraising goal to $10K AND 10 child sponsorships!
On Saturday, July 20 from 1-4pm I am hosting a car wash at our Wixom Campus, accepting freewill donations for World Vision. Any size donation will make a difference!
