You’re also encouraged to attend an informational grief seminar, Navigating the Grief Journey. During the one evening session, we will explore the basics of the grief journey including what grief is and what it isn’t. We’ll also discuss practical tools to help navigate the challenges faced following the loss of a loved one. Our next session is scheduled for Monday, July 20th at 6:30pm at the Walled Lake Campus in Room 304.
