I had an enormously God-blessed Christmas time with family.  But on New Year's Eve, I received some information that caused me to "stress out."  The laid back, relaxing and refreshing days were suddenly jolted with the reality that we will all too soon be back at the challenges of life.  I had an anxious spirit.

That night in worship God reminded me that nothing... not even the present, nor the future... can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus. 

What a relief that is!  2010 will surely contain some surprises and challenges.  But I/we don't have to be anxious about them because God's love for us in Jesus will be there no matter what happens.  His love will encourage and sustain us.  That is one absolutely certain thing in the uncertainty of the year ahead of us!
